BEFORE ARRIVAL – What to Pack & Prepare
Essentials:
Mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and your favorite swimwear.
Health & Diet:
Any specific medications or dietary requirements (please inform us in advance).
Documents:
A photocopy of your passport and proof of Travel Insurance.
Electronics:
While we provide some adapters, bringing your own is recommended. (Note: Indonesia uses Type C & F plugs, 230V).
Music & Entertainment:
Feel free to bring your devices/iPod.
Skip the Bulk:
No need to pack towels; we provide them!
Special Requests:
Transport: Want a motorbike or car waiting at the villa? Contact our Villa Consultant to arrange this.
Extra Beds:
Foldaway beds are available for a small extra charge (please book in advance).
Visa Information:
Visa on Arrival (VoA):
Available for many nationalities (approx. IDR 500,000 or US$35) valid for 30 days. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months.
Long Stays:
If staying over 30 days, please apply for the appropriate visa at an Indonesian Embassy before departure.
ON ARRIVAL – Smooth Check-In
Airport Pickup:
Our driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name and the “Best Deals Asia” or “[ Villa Name ]“ logo.
Verification:
You may be asked to sign an “Order Form” as proof of a successful pickup.
Registration:
To comply with local regulations, our staff will borrow your passport briefly to register you with the local authorities.
Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of Rp 1,000,000 – Rp 2,000,000 (approx. USD $100–$200) is required at check-in. This will be fully refunded upon checkout, provided there is no damage or loss.
DURING YOUR STAY
Breakfast & Housekeeping:
Our staff usually works from 9 AM – 5 PM. Please coordinate with them for your preferred breakfast and cleaning times.
In-Villa Dining:
We highly recommend trying a local meal cooked by our staff! Ask them for menu options and pricing.
Security:
* Keep valuables in the provided Safety Box. The villa is not responsible for losses due to negligence.
Always lock the villa when going out. A lost key may incur a replacement fee.
Transport & Food:
Need a taxi? Ask our staff or call Blue Bird Taxi (0361-737238). You can also order food from local restaurants; our staff can assist with serving during their working hours.
ON DEPARTURE
Transport:
Ensure your airport drop-off is booked (we recommend leaving for the airport at least 3 hours before an international flight).
Final Check:
Please ensure you have all your belongings.
Villa Protocol:
Leave the room safes OPEN and return all keys to the bedroom doors.
