CHECK-in & CHECK-OUT

• Standard Times: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and Check-out is at 12:00 NOON.
• Luggage: If you have a late flight, you are welcome to store your bags with our staff after checking out.
• Late Check-Out: Subject to availability.
• Until 6:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate.
• After 6:00 PM: 100% of the nightly rate.

SECURITY & VALUABLES

• Safe Deposit Box: Please secure all valuables in the room safe. Please remember your code, as only the Villa Manager holds the master key.
• Main Entrance: For your safety, please ensure the main entrance door to the street is kept locked at all times.

SMOKING POLICY
Strictly No Smoking inside the bedrooms or villa interior. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas. Please ask our staff for an ashtray.

CLEANING & PRIVACY

• Service: Please allow our staff time to clean your rooms. If you prefer total privacy, simply inform the staff.
• Eco-Friendly Towels: To help us conserve water, please hang towels you wish to reuse on the rails. Towels left in the bathtub will be replaced.
• Pool/Beach Towels: These are changed every 3 days.

ENERGY CONVERSATIONS (Air Conditioning)
Please keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running.

POWER SAVING
In support of Bali’s limited power supply, our staff is instructed to turn off AC units when guests are out. The rooms cool down very quickly upon your return.

LAUNDRY SERVICES
Our staff can arrange for your laundry to be cleaned (requires a 24-hour notice).
Tip: Give your items to the staff in the morning before you head out so they are ready upon your return.

CARE OF PROPERTY

• Furniture: Please use all items for their intended purpose (e.g., sofas are not intended for use as overnight beds).
• Damage: Any breakages, theft, or permanent damage to the property must be paid for before departure.
• Temporary Tattoos: Please be careful with “Henna” or temporary tattoos. They permanently stain bed linens; if stained, guests will be charged for the full replacement cost of the linen.

NEIGHBOURHOOD ETIQUETTE
We want you to enjoy your stay, but please remember we are located in a residential area. Please keep music at a respectful volume, especially after hours.

POOL & SAFETY
Caution: Decking and marble tiles are extremely slippery when wet. Please walk carefully.

  There is no legal requirement for pool fencing in Indonesia. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• POOL FENCES
  If you require a safety fence, we can arrange a rental for you upon request.

STAFFING & EMERGENCIES
